Here’s the rub: most people are focused on goals instead of aims. Once you accomplish a goal, it’s done and there’s nowhere to go. Goals are fixed and temporary. Aims, however, have no end.

Here’s an example: a goal would be to lose 20 pounds, while an aim would be to feel good in your own body and learn to love yourself more. Both require movement, positive thinking, new habits, and mindfulness. Aims are something you can build on for years, but once your goals are complete, it’s too easy to slink back into old habits and toxic behavioral patterns.

If you focus on your aims, you’ll have a foundation to build new habits and practices that OUTLAST any temporary goal. You can focus on creating a new way of BEING with practices that can be valuable over your lifetime.

Consistency will help you build ways of being in the world through incremental changes, new life experiments, and gradual changes to your daily habits.

Is one-on-one coaching included?

To keep your costs down, The Consistency Code does not currently offer one-on-one coaching (although that’s something we do separately if you’re interested in a more intimate, focused approach!)
