Well, guess what?
It’s a flat-out lie.
Creating a new set of habits, like eating healthier, working out, meditating, being kinder to yourself – hell yeah, they can be hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it.
But the truth is… starting isn’t the hardest part.
Not even close.
The hardest part… is being CONSISTENT with new habits and practices after you’ve started them.
Did you know that every year, over 50% of people make New Year's resolutions to lose weight, quit smoking, work out, save money, get a promotion, get a raise, and more? And yet, virtually every study tells us that around 80% of New Year's resolutions will get abandoned in February (after about three to four weeks from starting the resolution, on average!)
So, it’s not that starting something new is all that difficult. The REAL challenge is in maintaining new practices and not losing your positive momentum through lack of consistency.
Basically, we want to teach you how to be more consistent, find deep, lasting motivation, and get clear about your “why” so you don’t give up on yourself.
Giving up on yourself, abandoning yourself, and falling short of your aims can be painful (especially mentally, where it’s all too easy to be cruel to ourselves!) We know that place, because we struggled for years with self-abandonment, dropping the ball on the habits and practices that we KNEW would help us the most.
That’s why we created The Consistency Code. We’re not here to tell you what to do or drop a truckload of “shoulds” on you. We’re here as your guides to help you find more clarity, harness sustainable motivation, and develop the consistency you need to stick with healthy, fulfilling new habits.
You’ll get support from a private online community and five weeks of live video coaching that'll help you create the strategies, tactics, and mindset shifts you need to stay on track with the healthy new commitments you’ve made to yourself and make your positive life changes stick for good!
Information is, well, kind of useless and a waste of mental space… UNLESS you can actually implement what you’ve learned and practice it consistently.
If you’re like us, you’ve probably invested in a truckload of books, online courses, conferences, and coaching trying to improve yourself. Statistically, it’s also likely that you haven't put all of that information into practice, which makes it a colossal waste of your time and money (not to mention all the space on your bookshelves!)
Someone asked Shark Tank co-host and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban what he read or studied to learn how to start and build businesses. His response was:
“Experience. It’s the only reliable teacher I’ve ever had. No books ever captured what it’s really like. You just gotta do it!”
It's time to do it. It’s time for you to try a fresh approach to tackling life’s challenges. And we mean making genuine, lasting changes through gradual momentum, trackable progress, loving accountability, and sustainable motivation.
You need people in your corner that will challenge you to take more risks, do the damn things you know you really want to do, help you eliminate procrastination, and stop over-thinking.
You know in your heart you can feel better and take more time to focus on the things that really matter, if only you could stay committed to them after you start...
Here’s the rub: most people are focused on goals instead of aims. Once you accomplish a goal, it’s done and there’s nowhere to go. Goals are fixed and temporary. Aims, however, have no end.
Here’s an example: a goal would be to lose 20 pounds, while an aim would be to feel good in your own body and learn to love yourself more. Both require movement, positive thinking, new habits, and mindfulness. Aims are something you can build on for years, but once your goals are complete, it’s too easy to slink back into old habits and toxic behavioral patterns.
If you focus on your aims, you’ll have a foundation to build new habits and practices that OUTLAST any temporary goal. You can focus on creating a new way of BEING with practices that can be valuable over your lifetime.
Consistency will help you build ways of being in the world through incremental changes, new life experiments, and gradual changes to your daily habits.
It's likely you’ve invested in many books, online courses, conferences trying to improve your health. It's also likely that you haven't implemented that information, which makes it a big waste of your time, money, and space on your bookshelves.
We’ve got you covered. You'll enjoy weekly, live coaching with us and make deep, authentic connections with your fellow members who are just as hungry for change as you are.
Dig it! You'll learn how to prioritize your time better and manage your schedule with greater ease and flow so you can can free up more time in your day for the things that really matter to you.
Oh, we totally feel ya on this one. We'll help you clearly indentify and push through your inner resistances so you can align with sustainable motivation and soulful inspiration each day.
In the immortal words of Stevie Wonder, “Don’t cha worry ‘bout a thing!” We'll help you envision, structure, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly routines that are perfect for YOUR life, your health, and your personality.
What if you knew that no matter where you're at with your health, well-being, and mindfulness goals, you’d have committed coaches and a loving community to help you elevate you to where you want to be?
It's time for you to stay committed to living a healthy, balanced, rewarding life that loves you back – and we’ll show you how to create habits, daily routines, and a “yeah, I can DO this!” bulletproof attitude that will set a powerful foundation for the rest of your life.
The Consistency Code (or TCC as it’s affectionately called) is a four-week live video coaching program that is designed to show you how to stay committed to your health and FINALLY create systems, practices, and habits that create a lifetime of progress, joyfulness, and fulfillment.
The Consistency Code gives you a combination of live coaching, accountability, structure, and mindful experimentation. And, we make it pretty fun to boot. There WILL be dancing and improvised jingles. And probably some cat cameos and French Bulldog foolery.
Neurological research has shown that when you’re laughing and have a great time, you’re more mentally and physically open to receiving new ideas and concepts. Changing your life IS serious business, but we’ll make it feel, well, not so serious!
Over the course of four weeks together, our live coaching sessions and community of committed characters will help you to:
“If you’re going through hell, keep going.” – Winston Churchill
If you struggle to keep up with healthy eating habits, commit to a regular exercise/movement routine, or maintain a positive self-image, you’re in good company. We’ve helped hundreds of people break through their negative inertia, create supportive structures for sustainable success, and start to feel good about their lives again (or maybe for the first time ever!)
During our focused (and fun) five-week journey together, you’ll be fully supported and held accountable for reaching your most meaningful health and wellness aims. We’ll help you develop the mindset practices, success metrics, and everyday flow so you can follow through with your commitments, stay on track, and feel proud of the progress you’re making.
You’ll also connect with a supportive community of like-hearted students from around the world who will be rooting for your success every step of the way as they courageously do this work alongside you.
Every week, you’ll have access to a new live training and online community to make sure you’re making consistent progress as you work towards feeling better and taking action in your life.
We could show you a lot of 4 and 5 star reviews. We could tell you about huge, breakthrough success stories with our friends, families, and clients. But honestly, who cares? We measure success by assessing whether or not our students are actually seeing (and feeling) tangible results after our time working together. If you feel better about your life and the efforts you’re making after five weeks together – that’s our greatest reward.

Is one-on-one coaching included?
To keep your costs down, The Consistency Code does not currently offer one-on-one coaching (although that’s something we do separately if you’re interested in a more intimate, focused approach!)
Would it be appropriate for someone who wants to improve but doesn’t have direction?
ABSOLUTELY! That’s exactly why we made the program. So many people are facing this challenge and we really want to support you with all of the tools, wisdom, and systems that we’ve found to be effective.
If you’re ready to give yourself the space to spend four weeks structuring your life so you can thrive physically and mentally, sign up for The Consistency Code.
This coaching program is not about investing in something that you’ll get around to doing “someday.” It’s about investing in something that’s going to get you real, lasting results for a lifetime.
We’ll share our support systems and habit structures so you can build a sustainable foundation for a fulfilling life full of heart, authenticity, connection, and clarity!
