Who are you and what is Wellevatr?

How much time will I need to have available each week of the program?
Each week, you’ll need to spend at least 2 hours working towards your goal. 1 hour for the coaching session and 1 hour throughout the week to implement what you're learning.

What if I can’t attend some of the live calls?
Since our live sessions are action-oriented, we do encourage you to attend as many of them as possible (there are only four, once a week). However, we also understand that scheduling conflicts can come up. You’ll have access to recordings of each session, so you’ll be able to revisit the video coaching and catch up in your own time if you can’t make one.

What are the program dates?
The Consistency Code lasts for 4 weeks starting January 1st. You’ll have 1 scheduled session each Wednesday and weekly "homework" that ensure your progress and keep you on track (don't worry, this is the fun time of homework).

Does this program offers in-person meetups?
At this time, The Consistency Code is entirely virtual. However, it’s our aim to make more live events so we’re working on that!

Is one-on-one coaching included?
To keep costs down, The Consistency Code does not offer one on one coaching (although that’s something we do separately at a higher price). However, we’re working in elements of personalized coaching throughout the program so you’ll get a lot of attention. We’ve modeled it off of a coaching program we’re taking right now for our business and we’ve felt like that program gave us a ton of value without needed one-on-one coaching, so we hope the same would be true for you.

Would it be appropriate for someone who wants to improve but doesn’t have direction?
ABSOLUTELY! That’s exactly why we made it actually. So many people have this challenge and we really want to help.
